Locals.tv showcases local creator video content from North America’s largest cities. Videos are syndicated from Instagram and TikTok when creators tag our social pages and accept our licensing terms. Users cannot directly upload videos.

2. Eligibility

To use Locals.tv, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

3. Content Licensing

Creators who tag our social pages (@narcitycanada, @narcitytoronto, or @mtlblog) agree to:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute their content on Locals.tv and affiliated platforms.

• Ensure their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using Locals.tv, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Upload or distribute malicious software.

• Interfere with the platform’s functionality.

• Engage in unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or data collection.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Locals.tv is owned by the respective creators or platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) from which it is syndicated. By using Locals.tv, you acknowledge that Narcity Media Inc. does not claim ownership of the content featured on the platform. Any trademarks, logos, or design elements related to Locals.tv are owned by Narcity Media Inc. and may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Revenue Sharing

Creators whose videos are featured on Locals.tv will receive 70% of NET revenue generated by rewarded ads tied to their content. Revenue distribution details will be communicated directly to participating creators.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Locals.tv is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narcity Media Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Locals.tv.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of Locals.tv constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination
